Who We Are
ZARZAM is a Service Provider for e-commerce and courier services within the SADC region and a subsidiary company of P.Willis. P. Willis has partnered with Zampost to build an e-shop and courier service between South Africa and Zambia using ZARZAM to facilitate trade between the two countries.
The service is targeted at both SMEs and Consumers in Zambia who enjoy buying goods from South Africa. ZarZam aims to ease the process of doing this.

Willis have experience and expertise within the IT and Logistics industries and collaborates and partners with Platform Providers within these two industries to provide innovative services such as ZARZAM.

About
The history of postal services in Zambia dates back to 1896 when the first Post Offices were established at Abercorn, now Mbala, Fort Jemeson now Chipata and Kalungwishi near lake Mweru.
In August, 2009 the Postal Services Act No. 24 of 1994 was repealed and replaced with the revised Postal Services Act No. 22 of 2009 which defined Zampost’s mandate as providing postal and courier services, financial services including the creation of Post Bank.
